Special Olympics London threw a "send-off" party for speed skating athlete Stephanie Cook and floor hockey officials, Dennis Bordin, Jim Haycock, Bill Mills and Anthony Scanlan as they all prepare to head to the Special Olympics World Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.
